-VP Vacuum Pressure Dipping System-
The VPI vacuum pressure dipping paint system adopts DuPont high-end insulating resin paint, with φ5.4m, middle 42m and middle 36m dipping pots, which greatly improves the insulation performance of the motor.
- Machine shop -
Ram type horizontal boring and milling machining center: HBM-6T-Ram, five-axis four-linkage, can process 20 tons of workpieces up to 4500×3200×2000mm, with an accuracy of 150230-2, 2006 standard.
The P4033Z gantry type vertical machining center can process 15 tons of workpieces with a maximum length of 4000mm, a maximum width of 2400mm, and a maximum height of 610mm.
cK5125B/1 CNC single-column vertical lathe, the maximum cutting workpiece diameter is 2500mm, the maximum cutting height is 2500mm, and it can process 16 tons of workpieces.
